How to Use the Service

1. Sign the no-cost Client Agreement and complete the Client Information Sheet.
2. Call the Blakeman & Associates office or email the Human Resources Team and identify yourself as a TFDA member to ask your question.
3. Additional onsite fee-based services are available from Blakeman & Associates as requested.
